Terms and Conditions:
Refunds will be honored for cancellations received via email to the WABE Registrar on or before March 13, 2026, minus a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered after March 13, 2026. This policy also applies to purchase orders. Substitutions will be accepted through the first day of the conference. No-shows will be charged the full registration amount. 2026 Call for Presentations
Consider submitting a breakout session for the 2026 WABE Annual Conference!
All sessions will be presented in-person at the conference. Submitted sessions will be surveyed by past attendees for interest levels prior to acceptance. Presenters will be contacted by the end of February with acceptance notifications. Presenters must register for the conference to attend sessions and meals outside of the accepted presentation time slot. Accepted presentations will receive one complimentary registration to the 2026 Annual Conference. The complimentary registration discount will be added after presentation documents have been uploaded to the WABE app. Presentation discounts cannot be split between multiple presenters. Be sure to indicate who would receive the discount if accepted. Thank you for your assistance.

Saturday, April 25 from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm. Tear-down must be completed by 1:30 pm on Saturday, April 25.
Inclusions
Booth sets include one 8′ x 30″ skirted table, plus two exhibit chairs. Up to two exhibit representatives are included. Additional reps are required to register at the two-day attendee rate.
